This Safety award for companies with over 1 million man-hours with no accidents resulting in loss of days was granted to both TECNA and AESA in a joint manner.

The award was granted in Buenos Aires on December, 11th. TECNA participated as a contestant, in its category, with other 19 companies in the Oil & Gas industry. Tecna was granted the following Safety Awards

• 2002: Recognition for improvement in Safety for companies with less than 1 million man-hours worked.

• 2003 and 2004: 1° Annual Prize to Safety for companies with less than 1 million man-hours worked.

• 2005, 2006; 2007, 2008 and 2009: 1° Annual Prize to Safety for companies with over 1 million man-hours worked.
