PETROTECH 2009 is a conference focused on the hydrocarbon industry which, every two years, provides a major platform for presentations and technical papers by experts as well as in-depth discussion and debate on the emerging challenges faced by the business.

The conference was held at Vigyan Bhavan, the main conference center in India, which is located in the heart of New Delhi.
