Investment Projects 

TECNA is able to develop projects under the BOT (Build, Operation and Transfer) method.

In this case, the required initial investment is asumed by TECNA, as well as the plant operation and maintenance during the contractual period.

The client periodically refunds the invested capital and pays for products or services received.

At the termination of the contract, the facilities become the property of the Client.

As an example, in Ecuador a Diesel Production Unit is  being operated under this method.
